Not just because I’m a Libra, I have a knack for finding the harmony and balance in any situation. This comes to light in my day-to-day role as I look for ways to ensure everyone has a more seamless work experience while managing human resources and talent recruitment for our studios in the US. Prior to Pearlfisher, I worked in hospitality as an event planner and as an Executive Assistant at an advertising agency. Bringing new and innovative employee engagement ideas to Pearlfisher is what I always strive to do.
It may come as a surprise to some that growing up, I was a cheerleader and competed on a national level. It’s a piece of my personality that I now channel on the bike or in the studio at some of the excellent exercise classes around New York City.
